FREE TUITION, FEES & BOOKS*
This new promise program makes attaining a college degree a reality–with little to no debt–for transfer students in Texas who have already earned an associate’s degree.
All students must be Texas Residents & must be enrolled full-time.
*A book stipend of $300 per semester will be provided as part of the Jaguar Promise program.
